Stubhub // The Gift Rapper
StubHub has always made it easy for fans of every kind to get to the events they love. But during the holidays, they wanted ticket buying and gifting to feel just as exciting as the event itself. So we turned tickets into an experience of their own.
Before AI became a cultural wave, we blended hip hop and emerging generative tech to create the Gift Rapper, one of the first AI powered “wraps” for tickets. Fans answered a few simple questions, and behind the scenes an engine generated a one of a kind verse, written and performed by Guinness World Record holder MC Murs.
The result was more than a gift. It was a performance.

We also took it into the real world. Customers who came in to buy tickets thought it was just another transaction. Instead, after they checked out, Rev Run surprised them in store, popping out to deliver a live rap about the very tickets they had just purchased.
What they expected to be a quick stop turned into a story they would never forget.
